Accendra Health is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate patient care, orders, and education, serving as a key contact for patients and providers. This role supports growth through strong relationships, documentation accuracy, and timely communication.

The position emphasizes patient education, adherence, and collaboration with sales and operations to enhance market performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service, healthcare, office, patient support, or referral management.
• Experience in healthcare or provider-facing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient journey from referral through order fulfillment and education.
• Process orders and ensure documentation, authorizations, prescriptions, and insurance requirements are obtained timely.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications to support service excellence and timely care.
• Educate patients on equipment use, adherence, safety, and benefits requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, providers, and partners.
• Partner with sales and operations to improve referral conversion and patient satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to drive market growth through relationship development and service excellence.
• Maintain accurate records while ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Support quality, operational, and growth initiatives aligned with branch goals.
