Accendra Health in the United States is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate patient care from referral to delivery and ongoing support. You will work with patients, referral partners, and internal teams to ensure timely orders, education on devices, and a positive patient experience.

This role emphasizes relationship building, documentation accuracy, and collaboration with sales and operations to boost referrals and market growth, while meeting regulatory and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in customer service, healthcare, office, patient support, or referral management.
• Experience in healthcare equipment or provider-facing environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate patient journey from referral through order fulfillment, delivery, education, and ongoing support.
• Process orders and obtain all required documentation, authorizations, prescriptions, and insurance requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams; respond to inquiries promptly.
• Educate patients on equipment use, therapy adherence, safety, and insurance requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company, payer, and regulatory requirements; support growth initiatives.
