Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate patients from referral to delivery, educate on equipment use and therapy adherence, and support market growth by strengthening referral relationships.

You will manage communications with patients and partners, ensure documentation and insurance requirements are met, and work closely with sales and operations to improve service excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of customer service, healthcare, or office/patient support experience.
• Experience in healthcare, medical equipment, patient services, or provider-facing environment preferred.

• Coordinate patient journey from referral through order fulfillment and education.
• Process orders and ensure required documentation, authorizations, prescriptions, and insurance are obtained.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams; resolve issues promptly.
