Accendra Health is hiring a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate patient care from referral through order fulfillment, education, and ongoing support. You will collaborate with referral sources, providers, and internal teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences and market growth.

The role requires strong customer service skills, healthcare familiarity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in customer service, healthcare, office, patient support, or referral management.
• Healthcare or provider-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient journey from referral to delivery and support.
• Process orders with documentation, authorizations, prescriptions, and insurance.
• Serve as main contact for patients, referral partners, and internal teams.
• Manage communications to support service excellence and timely care.
• Educate patients on equipment use, therapy adherence, and benefits.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.
• Collaborate with sales/operations to improve referrals and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to grow the market and retain patients.
• Maintain accurate records ensuring compliance with policies.
• Support quality and growth initiatives aligned with branch goals.
