Job summary

Accendra Health is hiring a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate the patient journey from referral through order fulfillment, equipment delivery, education, and ongoing support. You will process orders, obtain necessary documentation, and ensure insurance requirements are met promptly.

You will be the primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams, delivering timely responses and resolving issues.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service, healthcare, or referral management experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare or medical equipment environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient journey from referral to order fulfillment and delivery.
• Process orders with required documentation, authorizations, prescriptions, and insurance details.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, providers, and internal teams; resolve issues promptly.
• Educate patients on equipment use, therapy adherence, and safety practices.
• Build relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners; support market growth.
