Job summary

Accendra Health in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Respiratory Liaison to coordinate the patient journey from referral through order fulfillment, equipment delivery, and ongoing support. You will process orders, obtain necessary documentation, educate patients on equipment use and insurance requirements, and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners.

This role collaborates with sales and operations to improve referral conversion, patient satisfaction, and market growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years in customer service or healthcare.
• Experience working with providers and referrals preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the patient journey from referral through order fulfillment.
• Process patient orders and obtain required documentation and approvals.
• Serve as primary contact for patients, referral sources, and internal teams.
