Job summary

HDR seeks a Resources Program Management Business Class and Service Delivery Technology Leader. This hybrid role combines program management leadership, service delivery technology, and project execution across HDR's Resources Group.

The ideal candidate will lead, strategize, and mentor teams while shaping HDR's technology roadmap and differentiating HDR in the marketplace. This is a senior, employee-owned leadership position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for leadership and strategy roles.
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coordination, and advancement of program management services within HDR’s Resources Group.
• Lead technology integration and service delivery initiatives across multiple domains.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the next 3–5 years to differentiate HDR in the market.
• Mentor and develop practitioners; recruit, onboard, and staff projects.
