Job summary

NES Fircroft in Houston is seeking a Resourcer to source, engage, and qualify candidates for contract and permanent roles across North America. You will work with recruiters and account teams to build talent pipelines and deliver qualified shortlists.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: identify and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Candidate Screening: conduct qualification calls and assess fit against client requirements.
  • Pipeline Development: build and maintain talent pools across engineering, energy, life sciences, infrastructure, technology, and manufacturing.
  • Market Mapping: research target companies, competitor activity, and talent availability to support strategies.
  • Candidate Engagement: develop strong relationships with candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Database Management: maintain candidate records, activity logs, and compliance docs in CRM/ATS.
  • Collaboration: work with recruiters and sales to understand client needs and deliver qualified shortlists.
  • Advertising Vacancies: post compelling ads across channels.
  • Continuous Improvement: stay updated on sourcing techniques and recruitment tech.

The Resourcer is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and qualifying candidates for a wide range of contract and permanent opportunities across key industry sectors. Working closely with Recruiters, Account Managers, and Business Development teams, you will build talent pipelines, maintain candidate relationships, and provide market intelligence to support business growth and successful project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct candidate qualification calls and assess skills, experience, availability, and suitability against client requirements.
