Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or four+ years of professional experience plus three years managing workflows.
• Experience with project management software such as Jira and Trello.
• Experience coordinating with writers, designers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage workflows for creating and updating resources with content teams and vendors.
• Oversee copyediting, formatting, and accessibility tagging for resource documents.
• Coordinate translation of resources from English to Spanish.
• Maintain team documentation in Confluence and file organization across SharePoint and Google Drive.
• Triage and assign production support requests, tracking priority, scope, and status.
• Monitor Jira and Trello boards and build timelines for initiatives.
• Track production metrics and explore automation including AI tools.
