Job summary

Qualifications

• Assemble and manage workflows for creating and updating resources, coordinating with content and production teams and vendors to move documents through to publication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee copyediting, formatting, and accessibility tagging for resource documents, and check materials against publication guidelines.
• Coordinate translation of resources from English to Spanish, deciding what gets prioritized and when.
• Keep team documentation current in Confluence, and maintain file organization across SharePoint and Google Drive.
• Triage and assign production support requests, tracking priority, scope, and status.
• Monitor Jira and Trello boards so resource information and status stay accurate, and build timelines for larger initiatives.
• Track production metrics and look for ways to automate parts of the process, including with AI tools.
