Responsibilities

• Assemble and manage workflows for creating and updating resources.
• Oversee copyediting, formatting, accessibility tagging, and publication checks.
• Coordinate translation of resources English→Spanish and prioritize work.
• Maintain team docs in Confluence; organize files in SharePoint/Drive.
• Triage and assign production requests; track priority and scope.
• Monitor Jira/Trello boards and build timelines for large initiatives.
• Track production metrics and explore AI-assisted automation.
