Energy Jobline ZR in Warwick is seeking an Operations Support - Resource Planner to maximise the field engineer workforce utilisation. You will work with Field & Contact Centre Managers to support jobs and ensure SLA commitments are met while delivering premium customer experience.

The role involves planning the field workforce using a modern scheduling system, proactive same-day planning, managing parts and visits, and ensuring engineers have what they need to complete repairs.

• Knowledge of Scheduling and Planning applications/systems.
• Solution-focused approach to issues that arise.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to support any task or person.

Responsibilities

• Plan the field workforce schedule using a state-of-the-art system.
• Be proactive in same-day planning to maximize engineer shifts and service levels.
• Export engineer workloads to maximise utilisation and minimise travel.
• Create visits and order parts, flagging elevated costs as needed.
• Coordinate with Field Team Managers to ensure efficient workload and first-time fixes.
• Order parts to ensure engineers have what they need for scheduled visits.
• Support the business with minimal broken promises and faster response times.
