Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Florida commercial maintenance and construction projects. You will keep projects organized, coordinate with office and field teams, and help move work orders from request to completion.

The role emphasizes problem solving, organization, and coordination, with daily interaction with project managers, technicians, vendors, and clients to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working with field technicians, vendors, and clients.
• Familiarity with construction, maintenance, or facility services terminology is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency including Google Workspace, Excel, and PDF editing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating work orders from start to completion.
• Scheduling technicians and confirming job details.
• Communicating with clients, vendors, and field technicians to verify scope, timelines, and materials.
• Reviewing photos, job notes, and reports from the field to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Assisting with estimates and invoicing (training provided).
• Tracking material purchases, labor hours, and project costs.
• Following up on open work orders and pending items.
• Updating client portals and internal systems with project updates.
• Helping maintain organized records for projects and service calls.
• Supporting the operations team to ensure jobs stay on schedule and within scope.
