Job summary

FastTek Global in Lansing, Michigan, seeks a Resource Scheduler to develop and optimize work plans, provide tracking metrics, and coordinate input from multiple departments. The role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery and efficient utilization of field resources.

You will lead scheduling efforts, create reports for management, and align internal and external resources to meet budgets and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 2-4 years experience in planning and scheduling and metrics.
• Experience with SAP order reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate resource scheduling and project alignment.
• Develop and maintain reporting for on-time delivery and forecast meetings.
• Create and maintain a workplan delivering commitments to governing agencies.
• Align internal and external resources to meet financial and performance targets.
• Meet weekly with resource scheduling and maintain monthly/YTD forecasts.
