Job summary

FieldCore, GE Vernova's FieldCore unit, is seeking a Resource Manager I to optimize crew deployment for power generation projects in the United States. You will assign, train, mobilize, and evaluate field personnel, partnering with service managers and recruitment teams to meet client needs.

You will lead performance reviews, manage contracts and staffing, ensure safety and compliance, and strive for cost efficiency while delivering high-quality field service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 7+ years of applicable work experience with demonstrable success/knowledge.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to jobs based on skills, availability, and crew performance to maximize effectiveness.
• Manage field employees including contracts, vacation, reviews, performance evaluations, and mobilization.
• Serve as primary contact regarding training, pay, assignments, and address concerns or conflicts.
• Recruit and hire prospective employees, manage field personnel, and implement productivity metrics.
