Job summary

AP4 Technical Services seeks a Resource Manager to lead staffing for field projects across our turbine, control and excitation service teams. You will recruit, assign, and mobilize personnel, maintain certifications, and partner with Finance, HR, supply chain and project teams to keep work staffed and on schedule.

Remote work is supported, with a preference for candidates in the Atlanta metro. The role emphasizes hands-on workforce strategy, bench tracking, timecard approvals, and ensuring

Qualifications

• Direct experience coordinating or supervising field employees on active projects.
• Experience recruiting field trades in a competitive labor market.
• Knowledge of NCCER, AWS, and NCCCO certifications.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail across many moving parts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and assign employees to projects based on skill and availability.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization with field leadership.
• Track availability, bench status, and time off.
• Maintain manpower forecast and report to VP of Technical Services.
• Work with supply chain on lodging, travel and costs.
