Omnicom Media is seeking a Manager, Resource Operations in New York to enhance the efficiency of the Resource Operations team. You will lead data-driven initiatives, coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance, and guide the Senior Associate while driving talent-operations projects from inception to implementation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Talent Operations, Resource Management, or similar with process optimization and data analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple demands while maintaining quality
• Proficiency in managing complex data sets and deriving actionable insights; advanced Excel required
• Familiarity with PowerBI, Greenhouse, and Smartsheet is a plus; eager to learn and contribute
• Results-oriented and able to drive initiatives independently while focusing on long-term goals

Responsibilities

• Organize and tabulate highly confidential data and run ad-hoc reporting
• Support quarterly calibration exercises to reward strong talent and identify gaps
• Act as liaison between Resource Operations and HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance
• Provide guidance and oversight to the Senior Associate
• Support talent operations projects from inception to implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify talent gaps and resource challenges
