• Monitor staffing pipeline, identify risks and redeployment opportunities.
• Serve as PSA/staffing tools SME; ensure data accuracy.
• Provide training and ongoing support on systems and processes.
• Lead reporting on KPIs such as utilization and capacity.
• Coach Specialists and Senior Specialists for development.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Recruiting on headcount planning.
• Drive process improvements and standardization.
• Maintain documentation of staffing processes.
