Job summary

WPP Media seeks a Manager, Resource Management to align capabilities with client needs and drive timely staffing fulfillment. You will advise on timelines, roles, and staff plans while maintaining accurate data across channels.

The role requires collaboration with Talent Acquisition and senior stakeholders to optimize team configurations for major accounts. Hybrid office model in the US with a focus on data analytics, workforce planning, and continuous process improvement to enhance client

Qualifications

• Aligned to a book of business, agency, and/or group of accounts.
• Advise client teams on fulfillment timelines to ensure client readiness and success.
• Advise client teams on roles expectations and recommendations against staff plans.
• Own and drive data accuracy used for Workforce Planning.
• Pivot between fulfilment channels and understand skills needed to plan client strategies.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure Staff Plans are accurate and always maintained.
• Works to assemble and optimize the best possible team for our clients.
• Ensure the fulfillment of staff plans across internal and external supply.
• Simplify client team interactions; facilitating and aggregating all needs between our Resource Management and Talent Acquisition functions (including contract & offshore needs).
• Partner with Workforce Planning to provide client demand input to shape current & future demand predictions and strategies.

Responsibilities
