Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Resource Manager to oversee day-to-day allocation and deployment of talent across client engagements, ensuring the right people are matched to the right work at the right time.

You will maintain allocations, track utilization and billability, and produce reporting that informs staffing decisions, while partnering with leaders on capacity planning and strategic resourcing across creative and technology disciplines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a trafficking or resourcing role in a professional services or agency environment.
• Experience with capacity planning and strong financial stewardship acumen.
• Experience with resourcing and scheduling systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ability to manipulate data for leadership reports.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand client engagements, SOWs and funding driving resource needs.
• Own allocations and resourcing trackers across clients and team members.
• Make staffing recommendations based on team skills across domains.
• Ensure work is resourced with the best teams combining experience with technical knowledge.
• Provide trusted advisory on capacity planning for teams.
