The successful candidate will focus on supporting staffing workflows, ensuring accurate data reporting, and acting as a key operational partner. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in professional services, operations, HR, or data/reporting roles.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively.
• Proactive identification of issues and opportunities for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute end-to-end staffing workflows.
• Serve as a functional SME for the PSA and staffing tools.
• Support Resource Managers by maintaining visibility into consultant availability.
