Boys & Girls Club in Wyoming is seeking a Director of Resource Development to design and drive a comprehensive fundraising strategy from Cheyenne, WY. You will lead major gifts, corporate sponsorships, grants, and donor relations, reporting to executive leadership and partnering with the CEO and Board.

The role requires strategic vision, data-driven decision making in Salesforce, and hands-on execution of high-profile campaigns and events to advance the Club's mission.

Qualifications

• Nonprofit development experience with major gifts and corporate sponsorships.
• CRM using data analytics to deliver strategic fundraising reports.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for donor proposals.
• Ability to connect with executives, foundations, volunteers, and staff.
• Strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent judgment with donor information and privacy.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage a multi-year resource development plan.
• Grow revenue across individual giving, sponsorships, grants, and major gifts.
• Set annual fundraising goals and monitor KPIs.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities.
• Manage a portfolio of major donors and stakeholders.
• Cultivate and steward donors with personalized engagement plans.
• Support CEO/Board in donor solicitations and strategy.
• Oversee events, campaigns, and corporate partnerships.
• Align activities with Boys & Girls Club branding.
• Lead Salesforce CRM implementation and data analytics.
• Generate reports and dashboards for leadership and Board.
• Foster a culture of philanthropy and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with program staff to map funding opportunities.
