Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming (BGCCW) is seeking a Foundation Development Coordinator in Casper to strengthen fundraising by coordinating development projects and disciplined moves management. You’ll work with the CEO, staff, board members, and volunteers to turn priorities into clear plans with assignments and measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and related experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of fundraising, development operations, project management, nonprofit administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting major gifts, campaigns, donor relations, or prospect management strongly preferred.
• Experience working with executives, boards, fundraising volunteers, and cross-functional teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage development projects from planning through completion with timelines, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies and follow-up.
• Coordinate moves management to advance prospects through identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship.
• Prepare for and facilitate regular prospect strategy meetings; document decisions and monitor commitments.
• Partner with CEO and development leaders to prioritize prospects and develop engagement/ solicitation strategies.
• Support staff, board members, and volunteers by providing briefs, meeting materials, proposals and follow-up correspondence.
• Maintain accurate donor and activity information in the Foundation’s CRM and planning tools.
• Create and maintain prospect pipelines, dashboards, calendars and reports to track progress toward goals.
• Coordinate development initiatives across departments (major gifts, annual giving, campaigns, events, grants, stewardship).
• Identify barriers and propose practical solutions to keep plans moving forward.
