Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Resource Center Manager to support the development and implementation of programs that enhance operational and financial performance across Greystar's property management portfolio.

The role focuses on centralizing administrative processes, onboarding communities to the Resource Center platform, and driving standardized practices with cross-functional teams to improve real estate operations and KPI results.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of property management or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement standardized operating policies, procedures, tools and metrics.
• Develop training, tools, and systems to embed best practices across the portfolio.
• Onboard communities to the new platform and coordinate with departments to ensure task completion.
• Ensure onboarded communities are fully functional with Resource Center platforms.
• Oversee daily tasks of direct reports to ensure excellence and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and property-level metrics to meet/exceed goals.
• Collaborate with onsite leaders to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Prepare HR, financial, and other reports as required.
