Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property. You will lead the property team, manage budgets, optimize occupancy and revenue, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will work with university partners and vendors, monitor financials, and supervise staff to deliver exceptional resident service and asset performance.

Qualifications

• M.Ed or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience in residence life and/or property management.
• Knowledge of equity and inclusion laws (FERPA, Title IX, ADA).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently or as a leader.
• Ability to manage budgets, leasing, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and revenue strategies.
• Set rent rates and oversee collections and monthly reporting.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communication.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and notices.
• Lead property staff hiring, training, and performance management.
• Build relationships with university partners and community housing officials.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and related laws.
