Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property management professional to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property, lead the on-site team, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance. You will drive leasing, budgeting, and maintenance activities while delivering exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include budgeting, rent setting, vendor management, lease enforcement, and market analysis to optimize occupancy and revenue. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents, collecting payments, and reviewing reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with vendors and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and inspections.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to hit occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing service requests and complaints.
