Job summary

Greystar in the United States is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community, lead the onsite team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will set rent strategies, review financials, supervise leasing and maintenance staff, coordinate with owners, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self-motivated with the ability to lead or work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications among vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, and renewals.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and timely service responses; ensure maintenance standards.
