Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Resource Center Manager to support development and implementation of programs improving operational and financial performance across a portfolio of communities. The role coordinates with real estate operators and leaders to centralize administrative processes and drive best practices through the centralized Resource Center.

The Resource Center manages delinquency, invoice processing, lease renewals, month-end accounting, and related tasks, ensuring communities are onboarded

Qualifications

• College degree in related field, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Minimum of three years of property management or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages and supports implementation of strategies, programs, and initiatives that drive operational excellence and standardization by creating and defining processes, procedures, tools, policies, communication, and metrics.
• Provides input into operating policies and procedures that promote best practices and standardization across the portfolio and assists in developing and implementing training, tools, and systems.
• Onboards communities to the new platform and ensures assigned tasks are completed.
• Oversees operational success by onboarding and optimizing communities to the Resource Center.
• Monitors daily tasks of direct reports to ensure excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Ensures KPIs are met or exceeded through regular tracking of property level metrics.
• Communicates with onsite leaders and other groups to resolve issues and support strategic initiatives.
