Job summary

Towne Park, LLC. is seeking a Guest Service Associate to provide exceptional hospitality services to guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage during arrival and departure.

The role emphasizes a friendly, efficient approach and strong guest interactions. Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding them on parking procedures, and helping with directions and local inquiries, while maintaining accuracy in ticketing and cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or commute from location.
• One month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English and perform simple arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests, co-workers and clients.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival and departure as applicable.
• Assist guests with directions, taxis, reservations and local attractions.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures; manage keys, tickets and claim checks.
• Contribute to accurate ticket information and occasional revenue collection as needed.
