Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional hospitality and valet services. The role focuses on greeting guests, parking and retrieving vehicles, and assisting with luggage in a courteous, efficient manner at the property.

You will handle ticketing, payments, and guest inquiries while maintaining safety and compliance with procedures. Shift hours include 3:00pm–11:00pm with potential variations based on hotel business.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state you are applying to work, or within a commutable distance from the state you are applying to work.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely for guests.
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
• Maintain accurate ticket and payment handling for valet operations.
