Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver hospitality during guest arrival and departure. You will park and retrieve vehicles, assist with luggage, and provide directions and local information with a friendly, efficient attitude.

Expect a standard shift from 7:00am to 3:00pm or 3:00pm to 11:00pm, with pay between $10 and $11 per hour plus daily cash tips. Benefits include accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine benefits, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Manual transmission experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely.
• Assist guests with luggage delivery and pickup.
• Provide directions, taxis, reservations, and local information.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures and process payments.
