Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Front Office Attendant for Big Cedar Lodge to deliver friendly, professional service and ensure guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. You will greet guests, manage registrations, provide local information, and handle inquiries to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes accurate records, prompt communications, and discreet handling of guest concerns, with opportunities to work with multiple departments and uphold brand standards across the front

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with registration, room assignments, and payment processing.
• Answer calls promptly and route messages to appropriate departments.
• Provide accurate information about services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy, confidentiality, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain records, manage bookings/reservations, and handle occasional cancellations using company software.
• Support cross-department communication and uphold brand standards at registration desks.
• All other duties as assigned.
