Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts seeks a part-time Snack Bar - Food Server at Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX. Provide guests exceptional service, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with a friendly Texas smile.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, inputting orders into the POS, processing payments, serving desserts/coffee, and maintaining station cleanliness while complying with safety standards. Flexible scheduling and team culture offered.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
• Team player with willingness to pitch in.
• Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and etiquette.
• Ability to remember and promote menu items.
• Ability to operate POS and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record and input orders into the POS; relay to kitchen.
• Retrieve orders and deliver to guests with condiments.
• Assist with beverage and dessert service as needed.
