Tapatio Springs Hill Country Resort in Boerne, TX, is seeking a Restaurant Server for the PM shift. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, input into POS, and deliver meals with accuracy and courtesy. Maintain beverage service and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Willing to pitch in and help coworkers as a team player.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
• Memorize, recite and promote the menu items; transport up to 30 lbs. safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials or promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders for accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and relay details to kitchen.
• Deliver orders to guest tables and provide condiments.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Close out checks and present them promptly.
