Job summary

Bear Creek is seeking a Security Team Member to provide a safe, secure environment for guests and staff while delivering outstanding guest service. You will patrol all areas of the resort and coordinate with departments to meet parking and event needs, while assisting police in investigations as required.

The role emphasizes clear communication, incident documentation, and adherence to emergency action plans, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous security or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule and availability during peak operating times, weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Patrol entire resort area, inside and out.
• Contact and assist police with investigations as needed.
• Assist in accident investigations.
• Coordinate with other departments parking needs and expectations.
• Attend court hearings as needed.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor.
