Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort seeks a Security Team Member dedicated to guest safety and exceptional service. You will patrol both indoor and outdoor areas, respond to incidents, and work with other departments to ensure a secure, welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates have experience in security or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure. CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous security or customer service experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and special events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Patrol entire resort area, inside and out.
• Coordinate with other departments for parking needs and expectations.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions.
• Direct emergency services in and out of the resort.
• Assist in special events and investigations as needed.
