Job summary

Bear Creek is seeking a Security Team Member focused on guest service to create a safe and memorable experience for guests. You will patrol the resort area, assist guests, and work with the team to diffuse incidents using positive interactions.

Ideal candidates have security or customer service experience, are 18+, and flexible for weekends, holidays, and events. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Previous security or customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests.
• Patrol the resort area inside and out.
• Coordinate with departments on parking needs.
• Contact and assist police with investigations as needed.
• Assist in accident investigations and emergency procedures.
• Attend department meetings and training sessions as necessary.
• Direct emergency services and maintain a shift log.
