Job summary

Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a Resort Services Team Member focused on guest experience and a clean, welcoming environment. You will maintain common areas and assist guests, working independently or with the team to support operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, responding to requests, stocking supplies, and handling keys with attention to detail. The role emphasizes safety, communication, and guest satisfaction within a busy resort setting.

Qualifications

6 months cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Availability during weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the condition of the common areas, including: empty trash, clean windows, vacuum, dust, sanitize.
Respond to guest room calls as requested.
Transport cleaning supplies and linens to assigned areas.
Sign for keys in and out daily.
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and contact Facilities Maintenance directly for urgent repairs.
Check event reports to ensure rooms are ready, and complete cleaning checklists for daily assignment and special events.
Inventory and stock and restock cleaning supplies.
Perform duties as needed in Housekeeping.
