Bear Creek Mountain Resort is seeking a friendly Front Desk Team Member to warmly welcome guests, manage registrations, and ensure their lodging needs are met with high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to balance cash and handle reservations while maintaining calm in busy situations. Teamwork and knowledge of resort amenities will be essential for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1 year guest service experience preferred.
• Hospitality Management coursework or degree preferred.
• Availability during peak operating times, i.e. weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Answer inquiries about resort amenities, services and directions.
• Answer phones with proper etiquette and direct calls accordingly.
• Make, confirm and cancel reservations and assist with guest questions.
• Balance cash receipts and perform end-of-shift bucket checks.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
