Job summary

Sun Communities, Inc. in Southfield, MI, is seeking a Resort Reservation Specialist to create a pleasant experience for RV resort customers through inbound and outbound calls, processing reservations, and selling vacation rental home reservations and upgrades.

You will handle calls, chats, guide guests through the reservation process, educate on locations and amenities, and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly reservation targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year in sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle resort hotline and field calls.
• Respond to web chats and ensure a positive experience.
• Guide callers through the reservation process.
• Manage reservations, payments, and Salesforce lead data.
• Educate guests on resort locations and amenities.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Develop new customers through referrals and upsell extensions.
• Adhere to company policies for reservations and calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
