Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with SMS, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests over the phone and explain resort accommodations and amenities.
• Answer inquiries regarding reservations, confirmations, and room needs.
• Enter and update guest data in property systems accurately and promptly.
• Assist with reservations for accommodations, spa services, golf, and activities.
• Resolve guest issues with empathy and a focus on satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of resort events and offerings to inform guests.
