Job summary

Sun Communities is seeking a Resort Reservation Specialist to provide a friendly, helpful experience for Sun's RV Resort customers. You will handle inbound calls, assist with reservations, and guide guests through the booking process.

The role requires a High School Diploma and at least 1 year in sales and customer service, with strong communication and basic computer skills. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Resort Reservation Specialists create a pleasant and engaging experience for Sun's RV Resort customers through inbound and outbound call efforts, completing site reservation transactions and selling vacation rental home reservations, vacation enhancers, and upgrades.

Job Duties

• Field incoming phone calls from resort hotline and the field (Essential)
• Respond to incoming web chats ensuring a positive customer experience (Essential)
• Guide incoming callers through the reservation process (Essential)
• Ensures a positive customer experience by effectively managing the site rental process through inbound and outbound calls and Sales Force lead software which includes reservations, payments, and retaining knowledge of all company RV resorts and amenities (Essential)
• Educate guests on resort locations, amenities and bookings (Essential)
• Meets and/or exceeds the targeted calls, site nights, presented/handled call ratios, and revenue creation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Works with existing customers to obtain potential new customers through referral programs
• Maximizes sales by extending the stays of customers, reserving future bookings, and selling vacation enhancers
• Meets and/or exceeds all reservation goals as assigned
• Adheres to all company policies regarding inbound and outbound calls
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
