Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a General Manager for Resort Operations to lead the resort’s daily performance, oversee guest and owner relationships, and align operations with company standards.

You’ll manage departments, audits, budgets, and vendor contracts while mentoring teams, driving ethics, and ensuring service excellence across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Hospitality certifications preferred- CMCA, CAM, etc.
• Associate Governance preferred.
• Working knowledge of hospitality departments: Guest Services, Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage.
• Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
• Professional appearance and standards at all times.
• Positive, motivating attitude ensuring a productive environment.
• Strong Leadership ability: motivate, change, and lead others to success.
• Proven track of ethical leadership and integrity.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• 3-5 years of property vacation ownership/hotel management experience required. Mixed use experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational department and vendor operations.
• Perform daily audits and inspections to ensure site standards.
• Manage finance: monthly P&L, budgets, variances.
• Lead HOA contracts and governance documentation.
• Develop and mentor associates to deliver service excellence.
