Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in Resort management.
• RV Resort experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an OLCC license within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to obtain Class I Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily resort operations and supervise Front Desk, Guest Service, Custodial and Maintenance staff.
• Ensure exemplary guest service and maintain high property standards.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate with Maintenance.
• Review vendor invoices, purchase requisitions and manage disbursement requests.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Conduct staff training and supervise staff performance.
