Seven Feathers seeks an experienced Resort Manager to oversee daily operations of the RV Resort in Oregon. You will supervise Front Desk, Guest Service, Custodial, and Maintenance staff while ensuring exceptional guest service and high property standards.

You will manage reservations, scheduling, purchasing, and vendor interactions, while maintaining safety procedures and professional appearance. Leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualificações

• 2 years of previous experience in Resort management.
• RV Resort experience preferred.
• Analytical/mathematics skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Excellent guest service approach in dealing with guests.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong clerical experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to handle guest disputes.
• Current and valid Oregon Driver’s License with the ability to qualify for the UIDC’s Drivers Program.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an OLCC within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to obtain Class I Gaming License.

Responsabilidades

• Assist RV Resort Manager with daily operations.
• Ensure exemplary guest service in all interactions.
• Maintain safety and understand emergency procedures.
• Oversee guest registration, reservations, and billing.
• Interview, select, train and supervise RV Resort staff.
• Train Front Desk Clerks, Custodians and Guest Service Attendants on duties and equipment.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules to ensure coverage.
• Review vendor invoices and process purchasing requisitions.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies.
• Perform Front Desk and Guest Service duties as needed.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for repairs and upkeep.
• Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and uniforms.
• Ensure effective communications of RV Resort policies.
• Maintain good working relationships across departments.
• Encourage morale and evaluate staff performance.
• Assist Manager in meetings and staff trainings.
• Resolve guest requests, concerns or complaints to provide exceptional service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by RV Resort Manager.
