Umpqua Indian Development Corporation seeks an experienced RV Resort Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and high property standards. You will supervise Front Desk, Custodial, and Guest Service staff, manage scheduling, vendor invoices, and maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a background in resort operations, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team in a dynamic guest-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience in resort management.
• Experience in RV resort operations preferred.
• Analytical and mathematical skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
• Excellent guest service approach with guests.
• Must be computer literate.
• Strong clerical experience required.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to handle guest disputes.
• Valid Oregon driver's license and eligibility for UIDC Drivers Program.
• Ability to obtain OLCC license within 90 days.
• Ability to obtain Class I Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Assist RV Resort Manager with daily operations.
• Ensure exemplary guest service and uphold property standards.
• Oversee guest registration, fee collection, reservations, group bookings and accounting.
• Interview, select, train and supervise RV Resort staff.
• Prepare weekly staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Review vendor invoices and process purchase requisitions and check disbursement requests.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Perform duties of Front Desk, Guest Service Attendants and Custodial when necessary.
• Conduct daily/weekly/monthly property inspections for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and uniforms.
