Job summary

Umpqua Indian Development Corporation (UIDC) seeks a Front Desk Clerk to deliver exceptional guest service at the resort front desk in Canyonville, Oregon. You will check guests in and out, assign rooms, and process payments to ensure a smooth stay.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service experience; familiarity with Micros, Patron, and Opera is preferred. We offer medical coverage, PTO, life and disability insurance, and a 401k with employer match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Micros, Patron and Opera preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of obtaining a gaming license and Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk.
• Handle registration, room assignments, check-out and cashiering.
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping on room status and needs.
• Maintain professional, friendly communication with guests and staff.
• Support front office operations and attend meetings.
