Job summary

Roberts Resorts in Moab, Utah is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations of our premium resort. You’ll manage front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services while living the resort culture and mentoring your team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, campgrounds, RV resorts, or property management.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team.
• Calm, friendly presence under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Team: hire, train, schedule, and support staff across front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Create a positive, team-first culture with seasonal staff.
• Lead by example in daily operations and guest service.
