Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in resort management or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and profit & loss analysis experience.
• Experience in customer service and guest relations with a focus on loyalty.
