Job summary

Roberts Resorts & Communities in Moab, UT, seeks a hands-on Resort Manager who leads with heart and soul, cares for guests, and motivates a diverse team.

You’ll oversee daily operations—reservations, check-ins, site assignments, housekeeping—and you’ll roll up your sleeves for hands-on work while building a positive, team-first culture.

Compensation is $58,500 plus a 30% annual bonus, with a comprehensive benefits package and perks designed to support health, growth, and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in hospitality, campgrounds, RV resorts, vacation rentals, or property management.
• Proven experience leading and motivating a team.
• Willingness and physical ability to do hands‑on work outdoors, including Moab heat, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with reservation software, email, and budgeting/spreadsheets.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak-season long days.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, schedule, and support front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance staff.
• Build a positive, team-first culture and lead by example.
• Oversee daily operations: reservations, check-ins, site assignments, housekeeping.
• Maintain grounds, cabins, and RV sites, ensuring guest readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and projects.
• Manage budget, control costs, and drive occupancy.
